Rachel is a spoiled brat that gets everything she wants when she wants. Her mother is a lawyer and her dad is a dentist so she basically lives the high life. Rachel is one of those teens that think they are too old for the Disneyland Resort and was dragged to the resort for quality family time.She absolutely hates this idea but is willing to go along with it. Not many people like Rachel and her personality, but maybe she’ll meet someone on the trip who can change that.

Cassandra isn’t one of the nicest workers at the resort, but she sure does know how to put on an act. In fact, she dislikes Disney very much but needs the job to save up for college. She’s actually very funny, but in a sarcastic way. Her humor tends to be very crude and dark, though she still seems to get along with others. She is sickened by people who are happy all the time which makes her job at Disneyland even harder. Cassandra just can’t wait to raise enough money for college so she can leave the “stupid hellhole called Disneyland”.
